If your payment didn't go through, for example you got an error message or 'something went wrong' then this is because:
It was blocked by your bank:
Perhaps you didn't have enough money in your account to make the payment and so your bank blocked it.
Or your bank just blocked it because they didn't recognise The Money Platform.
Please contact your bank to request they unblock transactions from The Money Platform (or they might see them come through as our payment provider - Ecommpay).
Once you have contacted your bank and been given the all clear, you can repay your loan in full here.
