The funds were transferred at the same time your confirmation email was sent out. They should appear in any itemised bank statement within 2-8 hours.
If your funds have still not arrived after 8 hours, please get in touch with us immediately. If you bank with Santander or Nationwide, please contact your bank for an update.
If you completed your application on Friday, please note it is likely that your funds will not arrive until Monday as we do not process funds over the weekend.
